Shipping Policy

Peace love and Kesim is a small female-owned business wellness brand based in Ontario, Canada. Our goal is to provide your happy home with candles that are safe for family, friends and fur babies. We are committed to exceeding your candle burning expectations.  All items on the website are in Canadian dollars. Peace love and Kesim reserves the right to modify product prices on the website without prior notice. We ship orders in 3-5 business days. Lead times may be longer closer to the various busy holidays. Right now, we are only shipping coast to coast within Canada.

Please ensure you have used the correct address before placing an order. If an error is made, please reach out before your item is shipped. If the item has been shipped to the incorrect address due to an entry error, additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Peace love and Kesim is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that can be tracked and marked delivered to the buyer.

Unfortunately, standard shipping rates do not apply to bulk and wholesale orders.

Peace love and Kesim products are produced in Ontario, and we love road trips. Please reach out and see if a meet and greet in-person delivery is a better option.

Return policy

Each Peace love and Kesim premium candle is artisan. We are a female-owned Canadian brand with a top-notch tiny team engaged from start to finish; outdoor inspiration, label love, hand-pouring wax, applying stunning labels, adding stones or dried flowers, inspecting each vessel and packing candles carefully for shipping.

Peace love and Kesim is committed to the health and well-being of its customers. Our candles do not contain fragrance, coloring or paraffin wax. We use just 3 ingredients: 100% plant-based soy wax, essential oils and a cotton wick. We meticulously follow steps to maintain consistent quality across our brand, but mother nature is not perfect. Wax cools differently depending on the essential oil and sometimes small crevices, cracks or bumps occur. Candles can also vary in coloring. For example, orange and coffee have a holistic hue, rather than creamy off-white. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or credit for items with tiny imperfections or candles that have been burned.

Peace love and Kesim is delighted to be shared or received for your special life occasions, but we are a small company committed to the environment. Help us reduce our carbon footprint and regift!

Please consult our FAQ page if you have any questions or concerns regarding candle-lighting, storing or extending the burn time.

We do our absolute best to ensure each vessel is packed and inspected with tender loving care prior to shipping. If there’s an issue with an item received, please complete the online contact form within 5 days of receiving your product. If your candle arrives damaged, please submit a picture along with your receipt, and email us at info@peaceloveandkesim.com. We will respond within 5 days. For all approved returns, please mail your Peace love and Kesim product in the original packaging along with the receipt directly to Peace love and Kesim. The mailing address will be provided on approved returns and exchanges. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection of the item. The return or exchange costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you are shipping an item over $75 before taxes, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

All approved credits will be issued back onto the original card used for the original purchase.

Damaged items

Peace love and Kesim only replaces items that are damaged upon arrival. Please take a picture and along with the receipt information and email us at info@peaceloveandkesim.com We will respond within 5 days. Upon approval, we will provide you a shipping address to return the damaged item. Upon arrival and inspection, we will send you the same item at our shipping expense.

Late or Missing Return Payments

Please allow for one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. A confirmation email will be sent using the email address on file. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Please then contact the credit card company, as it takes time before a refund is officially posted. If all the steps have been followed, please email us at info@peaceloveandkesim.com.

Please ensure the mailing address is correct if you have requested an exchange for a damaged vessel.
